    Automations

Automations that run on your own data.

Pick a trigger — a record changes status, a form comes in, a field is updated — and pick what happens: an email, a Slack post, a new record, a nudge to the AI. It fires on your real data, the moment the event does.

Anything that emails a customer starts as a draft for your review. You choose what runs on its own.

Set up. The moment a record's status changes to Won, it emails that client your onboarding steps. It's off for now — worth a read first, since it emails customers.

    Describe the rule…
    The busywork between apps

    The handoffs nobody owns.

A deal is won and someone should email onboarding. A form lands and someone should log it and ping the team. Small, repetitive, easy to forget — or handed to Zapier, which bills per task to shuttle copies of your data between apps that don't talk.

    • Zapier / MakePer-task billing to glue separate apps.
    • Copy-paste between toolsThe same record, typed twice.
    • Calendar remindersTo do by hand what should be automatic.
    • “Did anyone email them?”The question after every win.
    • Your memoryThe automation of last resort.

Sollo's automations fire inside the system that already holds the record — the trigger is a real event in your data, the action touches the same record. Nothing to sync.

    Trigger, then action

    When this happens, do that.

Three things can set an automation off, and it acts across the accounts already in your Sollo.

    • On a status change“When a deal moves to Won,” “when a ticket hits Resolved” — the rule fires the moment a record changes stage.
    • On a new form or updateA submission lands, or a field you're watching changes — that's a trigger too.
    • Into a real actionEmail, a Slack post, a new record in another list, a row in Google Sheets — or hand it to the AI to write and decide.
    • As far as you allowAnything that emails a customer is created as a draft for your review. Internal steps can run on their own.
    Your data is your own

Your contacts are not our product.

The relationships in your inbox took years to build. Sollo works on top of them — never takes them.

    • It stays in your workspaceYour contacts and history live in your own workspace — never pooled, shared or sold.
    • We never train AI on your dataYour emails and contacts never train models — ours or anyone else's.
    • You set the boundariesEvery workflow has an autonomy dial. Sollo acts as far as you allow — the rest comes to you first.
    • Yours to export or deleteNo lock-in. Export everything any time, or delete it for good.
    Fair questions

    The honest answers on automations.

    • Is it a builder, or do I just describe it?

Both. Pick a trigger and an action in the Workflows tab, or describe the rule to Sollo and it drafts the automation for you to confirm.

    • What can set an automation off?

A record changing status, a new form submission, or a record being updated. Automations are event-driven — for anything on a schedule, that's Routines.

    • What can it do when it fires?

Send an email, post to Slack, create a record, add a row to Google Sheets, call a webhook, or pass the data to the AI to handle — over the accounts already connected to your Sollo.

    • Will it email customers before I see it?

No. Any automation that emails the record's own contact is created as a draft, so you review it before it sends. You switch it live when you're ready.

    Ready when you are

Set the trigger. Sollo takes it from there.

Pick what happens when a record changes — an email, a Slack post, a new record — and Sollo runs it on your real data, as far as you allow.
